Terms and Conditions of Use

“99prints.net” is a temporary online retail store for the sale and purchase of limited edition artworks and special print editions.

The first 99 customers able to access the pop-up store shall have the chance to purchase one edition of each available print released and the price shall include shipping costs.

Please read carefully below for details of the agreement.

Article 1 – Object

These terms are concluded between, on the one hand, JRSA SARL (“Company” or “99 prints.net”) whose registered office is located at 146, boulevard de Charonne - 75020 Paris, France registered with the RCS PARIS under number 507 393 502, and customers who wish to make a purchase on the 99prints.net accessible website address: http://www.99prints.net ("Client(s)").

These terms set out the respective rights and obligations of the Company and Client.

The Client hereby represents and confirms that she or he is:
- A person over the age of 18 years having full legal capacity to enter into this agreement; or
- A person under the age of 18 years not dependent on any parent or legal guardian having full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Article 2 - Products and Availability

99prints.net offers lithographs and other printed artworks for sale in limited quantities as more particularly advertised (“Prints”).

Advertised product offerings and prices are valid only until they are visible on the site and/or until stocks are exhausted (whether or not the website is updated to reflect current availability).

99 prints.net does not in any way guarantee the availability of any Print for sale generally or for any specified period but Company shall in good faith fulfil orders as they are received while stocks last.

It is possible that a Client shall be able to order a Print even though stocks may be exhausted. In such event, 99prints.net shall promptly notify such Client by email that such Print is unavailable. Client expressly agrees that Company shall have no liability towards Client and no obligation to deliver a Print to Client.

If Company receives payment from a Client in respect of a Print which is no longer available, 99prints.net shall make a full refund to Client within 30 days or issue a credit to Client for the amount received by Company as Client shall direct. Client accepts that in such event , as the applicable general law shall permit, Client shall not be entitled to claim that it has suffered any additional loss or damage since Client is aware that Company’s stock of Prints is strictly limited.

Article 3 – Order

Client declares that Client has read these terms and conditions before placing the order and Client acknowledges that Client’s placing of the order implies acceptance of these terms.

Client shall provide 99prints.net with all such information as Company requires on an online form including a valid email address.

A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order and containing all the information provided will be sent to the Client.

Client may purchase Prints for personal use only and not for resale to the public. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.

Article 4 – Pricing and Payment

The prices shown are quoted in euros. Prices include 20% value added tax for French and European Union resident Clients. VAT is not applied for Clients resident in the rest of the world.

Prices includes domestic, European and international shipping costs but do not include any customs clearance fees which shall be the responsibility and at the charge of Client.

Company shall accept payment by credit card or Paypal account only.

The transfer of ownership of the Print to the Client shall be contingent on full payment being indefeasibly received by 99prints.net.

Company reserves the right of set-off and/or to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from any Client who has not fully paid or a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is underway.

Article 5 - Delivery

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Client must take care when ordering all fields in the form of delivery, including their shipping information and specify hours of delivery preference while indicating a landline phone or mobile phone. Neither 99prints net. nor Paperboy shall be held liable for failure to grant because of an inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.

We are not responsible :
- for any lost, stolen or damages shipment in relation to the shipping carrier.
- for any customs delays.
- for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments in relation to customs delays and clearance.

Customers are responsible for :
- paying additional costs for applicable customs clearance fees.
- paying handling fees to have the order re-shipped as necessary.
- claiming made with the shipping carrier as necessary.

Article 7 - Return Policy

Under Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a right to withdraw from this agreement and return the Prints for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery (the date of the postmark).

Prints must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition to the following address:

75020 PARIS – France

Customer refund will be made by means of a payment within 30 days of receipt by 99prints.net of receipt of the application for revocation and subject to returning the product.

The refund will include all sums paid by the Client.

Article 8 - Disclaimer

99prints.net is subject to an obligation of means vis-à-vis the Client.

It is expressly agreed that any disruption in the supply of the service for any reason whatsoever, external intrusion or infection by computer virus, do not engage the responsibility of 99prints.net.

In case of dissatisfaction for a Client for any reason whatsoever, he shall not be entitled to any compensation other than the reimbursement of his order.

Article 9 – Garantees

After full payment of the order, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against latent accordance with the legal provisions of Articles L.211-1 to L.212-2 of the Code of consumption services and sections 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

Article 10 – Privacy - Personal information.

99prints.net respects our customer’s account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliation or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.

Under the Act of 6 January 1978, 99prints.net made ​​a simplified declaration and commitment to comply with the declaration to the CNIL.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

The acquisition of a Print or other artwork does not give the Client any right of exploitation, representation, reproduction, display or dissemination of the artwork, in any medium whatsoever.

The artist, for having taken the initiative of its creation, remains the holder of copyright at all times on its creation, within the meaning of French law.

Article 12 – Applicable Law - Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law and the Courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


Can you give technical information about the print ?

The technique used is an 8-color lithographic printing on flat machine Voiron and Marinoni on Rives BFK White - 270 grams paper. They carry the stamp of the studio where they were printed. For more details please consult the home page.

Are they signed and numbered?

Yes, they are signed on the lower right corner and numbered on the lower left corner. The ZOOM function allows you to check.

What does include the print amount ?

This amount includes the print, the domestic, european and international shipping and the VAT depending the country from where you order it. It does not include the customs clearance fees.

How can I pay?

We do not accept payments by check or bank transfer. We currently accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard and American Express (via Paypal) payments only.

Is payment by credit or debit card secure?

HSBC provides secure card payment services that allow you to buy online through HSBC servers in a safe environment.
Your credit card number is directed to the servers of the bank, your payment is made directly to the bank.
The order will be canceled and the customer notified by mail whenever payment servers refuse to give their authorization for the transaction.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a next or previous print?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via FedEx Services. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

How is the print packed?

The lithograph is carefully packed in silk paper and bubble wrap. It is then placed in a round cardboard tube. Very resistant, this tube is ideal for shipment by carrier, it guarantees the security of your lithograph.

The outer tube is very resistant and covered with grey paper (quality 72 g/m²). The tube reinforcement provides excellent resistance to compression and crushing.

Bubble wrap is added to the tube to fill the voids and thus avoid that the lithograph moves during transportation.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the FedEx service tracking number.

Do I have to pay customs clearance fees?

All customs clearance fees will be charged to the customer.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email contact@99prints.net with any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 24-48 hours.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an
additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in France. Can I place and order?

We accept international orders, but not from all countries. Currently we are not accepting orders from the list below in Terms of Use (Shipping & Customs section).

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale.

What happens if no one is here during delivery?

In case of absence during the delivery, you will be contacted by FedEx to agree for a next delivery date. There will be three deliveries attempts maximum. Delivery is not possible on Saturdays.
It is therefore strongly advised that you enter your phone number in your profile to be contacted by FedEx, as well as any information to guarantee easy access to your home. Of course, www.99prints.net will not disclose or sell this information for commercial or fraudulent purposes.

What if the print is delivered damaged?
